How do you make a decision? Not a simple decision like what you might have for lunch. But a decision that stumps you.

A business opportunity.

A project.

A real undertaking.

Sometimes it helps to have a more objective method to assess the opportunity.

Below you will find a decision rubric that I discovered in a business article in 2015. I used the original and modified it to fit personal decisions instead of just business decisions.

And now I present it to you, dear reader. Please download this image. print it. copy it in a journal. I had a copy on a 4x6 card, I made it by hand and laminated it. I kept it tucked into the back on my journal for reference.
